Synthetica Z is engineered for performance and privacy. We strictly limit data collection to what is functionally necessary to operate the simulation engine.

Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and securely generated authentication tokens to manage your session.
Simulation Data: We store the configurations, inputs, and outputs generated during your use of the L1-L5 simulation modules to provide historical continuity across your sessions.
System Logs: We collect anonymized, purely mechanical crash reports to maintain platform stability. These logs are automatically scrubbed of personally identifiable information before storage.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to authorize your access to the platform, allocate compute resources for your simulations, and secure your account. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We do not employ third-party tracking cookies or marketing pixels on our platform.

3. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a resident of California, you are granted specific rights regarding your personal data:

Right to Know: You have the right to request details about the specific pieces of personal data we have collected about you.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. You may execute this right instantly at any time by navigating to the Settings & Privacy section of the Synthetica Z dashboard and selecting "Execute: Purge Account." This will permanently erase your profile, authentication records, and all associated simulation telemetry.
Global Privacy Control (GPC): Our platform actively listens for and honors the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal transmitted by compatible web browsers, ensuring your opt-out preferences are respected natively.

4. Data Security

Your authentication credentials are cryptographically secured. We employ industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption and secure token verification, to protect your data from unauthorized access or alteration.
